As overall project manager and master planners McMullan & Co. managed the acquisition of this site, which is located at a key access point to the M6 at Athlone.

We established the project, obtained planning permission and rezoning to facilitate retail warehousing development; negotiated anchor tenant lease; negotiated finance; implemented site development and unit construction, and set up management arrangements.

McMullan & Co. provided all the project management, cost management, statutory approvals and compliance services up to and including mid-point in construction when the development was sold to an investor who had his own in-house management team.
