Rectification & Restructuring works

McMullan & Co. have been retained by a number of receivership management agencies to carry out assessments and resolve outstanding issues with residential and commercial developments in their portfolios. The majority of the developments were non-compliant with planning permission and current building control regulations. In addition to outlining the necessary works and procedures, cost estimates were provided of the works; some projects involved detailed specifications and drawings, tendering and carrying out rectification works.
