Office Fit Out & Remodelling:

Savills South Dublin Residential Office was the second remodelling and fit out undertaken McMullan & Co as part of Savills Residential rebranding and upgrading program.

The office is located in a “protected structure” and the existing traditional shopfront and access could not be altered; the office had an unappealing entrance lobby where access was difficult for the elderly and for clients with children; within the office there was no delineation between the staff working spaces and the client property review and consultation areas.

The objective was to create an ambience where the clients are invited and welcomed to review properties for sale and discuss their requirements in a more intimate environment. McMullan & Co. remodelled the entrance lobby, reorganised the staff working spaces and created a new client consultation area within the property display area. Reorganisation of space downstairs provided a comfortable dining space and kitchen for staff and a dedicated file storage area.

The service was a full turn-key project, ranging from project design and management, sourcing of furniture and fit out items, interior design and handover. The project was successfully delivered to a tight budget and timescale.
