Office refurbishment & fit-out:
McMullan & Co was engaged by Savills to refurbish its principal residential office in Dawson Street. The previous office had a limited display area and insufficient space to interact with clients at street level.
McMullan & Co’s main aim was to create a comfortable environment for clients to browse the displays at their leisure and incorporate a seating area to allow confidential interaction with clients.
To create a more intimate customer service environment it was clear that structural alterations would be required to the ground floor. McMullan & Co proposed extending the street level area further into the building, altering the existing stairwell arrangement and reconfiguring the space into a more practical layout.
The service was a full turn-key project and McMullan & Co prepared all the designs, specified and sourced finishes, furnishings and fittings plus managed the project from concept to handover delivering it on time and within budget.
